Paresh K. Shah - President

Paresh is a founder of MindLeaf and serves as President. Paresh has more than 25 years of experience in health care technology, medical administrative services, medical compliance and consulting. He is co-chair of the HIMSS ICD-10 Playbook, a member of the HIMSS ICD-10 Task Force and is a thought leader on MACRA/MIPS, medical scribing and cybersecurity issues speaking at industry conferences and contributing to blogs and trade publications. Previously, Paresh worked at Racal-Megapulse, Digital Equipment Corporation, and GTE Government Systems in software, consulting and related roles. Paresh received his MBA from Babson College, Master's from Boston University and Bachelor's from Northeastern University.

Dr. Andrea Caliri - Medical Consultant

Dr. Caliri is an OB/GYN who serves as MindLeaf's medical consultant for the company's medical scribing services. Dr. Caliri received her BA in Biology from Brown University. She received her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School(Rutgers) and completed her OB/GYN residency at Hahnemann Hospital at Drexel University. She practiced for several years in New Jersey. Dr. Caliri is an industry thought leader on the topic of engaging physicians and medical practices in medical scribing solutions that help them improve their workflow so they can experience the joy of practicing medicine again.

Ms. Ann Commiskey - Vice President Healthcare Support Services

Ann Commiskey's career in Federal Healthcare Administrative Services spans over 20 years. As the VP of Healthcare Support Services with MindLeaf, she oversees the operational activities including resource allocation, operational compliance, contract execution and business / proposal development. Prior to MindLeaf, Ann worked for SAIC, Inc. servicing Government clients in the role of Business Manager for medical administrative efforts. Ann holds a Master of Science in Management / Human Resource Management from Troy University, Professional in Human Resource Management (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional certifications.

Carl Reed - Program Manager - Federal Program

Carl's career in Federal Projects (Medical) spans over 20 years. As a Program and Projects Manager for all Federal Projects, Carl manages and mentors the program management team to deliver superior healthcare services for the DOD/ DHA - Medical Support and Services (MSS) and for the Referral Management. With an in-depth understanding of the Government reporting requirements and the need to maintain accurate contract information, Carl designed and developed Management Database tool (PMdB). Prior to MindLeaf, Carl worked at Global Consulting International, Inc., DP Technology Services, SAIC in the role of Vice President/Program Manager for Medical and Technology efforts. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas.

Ms. Koressa Gregory - Program Manager Medical Coding and Medical Scribes

Ms. Koressa's career spans over 30 years in the healthcare industry as a Certified Medical Coder/ Auditor, Manager - Revenue Cycle and as Program Manager. As a Program and Project Manager, she oversees medical coding, medical auditing and compliance specialists at various facilities in the US. Her experience includes working in academic medicine, the private sector and Government facilities. Ms. Koressa is a thought leader who has contributed multiple articles to The Coding Edge published by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).

Mark Fox - Business Development Manager

Mark Fox, MSM, CPCOe, joined MindLeaf Technologies, Inc., as our Business Development Manager on April 16, 2018. Mark spent over 22 years in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman at Navy Hospitals in the U.S, aboard Navy Ships and with the U.S. Marine Corps until he retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer in 1998. He also worked as a DoD Contracted Project Manager for the TRICARE Latin America & Canada Program. He hired and led staff in several countries managing plan enrollment and beneficiary information for more than 44,000 service members and families stationed in these overseas locations. Most recently, he worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Southeastern U.S. managing various projects such as enrolling VA Medical Centers as TRICARE network providers, VA DoD sharing initiatives, Seamless Transition of Service Members to Veterans, and most recently as Chief Supply Chain Officer at the VA Medical Center in Augusta before retiring in 2017. Mark has a Master of Science degree in Management with an emphasis in Managed Care and is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer Emeritus with AAPC. Mark brings 42 years of federal healthcare experience to our team.

Richard Silton

Mr. Silton is the President and CEO of VideoLink. Richard has spent 25 years in CEO and COO roles at companies at various stages in their lifecycle, from startups to mature companies. Richard has a BA at Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Timothy White

Mr. White is a Managing Director of Shields & Company, Inc., a Boston based corporate advisory firm for Mergers & Acquisitions. Tim focuses on health information technology, data analytics, long term care provider and payment services. Tim has a Bachelor's degree from Babson College, Wellesley, MA.

Ms. Bonni Carson DiMatteo

Ms. Bonni Carson DiMatteo is the founder of Atlantic Consultants in Wellesley. Atlantic Consultants focuses on helping leaders and their companies reach their goals and aspirations. Ms. DiMatteo helps organizations incorporate a 360-degree view of their leadership and internal processes and then creates solutions through a strategic planning process.

Dr. Bruce Metz

Bruce Metz is a highly accomplished Chief Information Officer, Senior Executive and Principal Consultant with over twenty five years of experience. Bruce has a proven track record enabling complex organizations, particularly in health care, to drive performance improvements, accomplish vital strategic goals, and create competitive advantage by harnessing the power of information technology (IT). Bruce has served as CIO for a number of leading organizations including Lahey Health, Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson University Physicians, and Tufts University.

Dr. Verhave Mennol

Dr. Menno is an Attending Physician, Clinical Director - Gastroenterology at Boston's Childrens' Hospital. He is also an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School.
